At rappid., we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items back in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
